2) Eligibility & account

  • You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract.
  • Information you provide must be accurate and kept current.
  • You’re responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and activity under your account.

3) Orders & acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we send a dispatch confirmation.
  • We may refuse/cancel orders (e.g., stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing error) and will refund any payment taken.
  • Custom/personalised items may have specific lead times and are non-returnable unless faulty.

4) Pricing, taxes & promotions

  • Prices are in GBP and shown inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. Final taxes/shipping are confirmed at checkout.
  • We don’t hide shipping in product prices. Free UK delivery applies to orders over £20 (see Shipping & Delivery).
  • Luxury Gift Box is a paid option and may change the shipping method (e.g., Large Letter → Small Parcel).
  • We try to ensure accurate pricing; if an error occurs, we may cancel/refund before dispatch.
  • Promotions/coupons are subject to their terms and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

5) Shipping & risk of loss

  • UK dispatch from Edinburgh using tracked services (e.g., Royal Mail). Options and ETA are shown at checkout.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
  • Delivery times are estimates from carriers; delays outside our control may occur.

6) Returns, exchanges & warranty

  • 30-day returns for eligible items in unworn, resalable condition with all packaging.
  • Prepaid UK label provided for eligible returns; refunds to original method after inspection.
  • Warranty: 12 months against manufacturing defects (materials/workmanship). Wear & accidental damage excluded.
  • Personalised/engraved items, gift cards, and hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earrings once unsealed) are not returnable unless faulty.

7) Jewellery care

Proper care extends the life and appearance of your jewellery. Avoid contact with chemicals, remove during exercise/showering, and store pieces separately.

8) Prohibited uses

  • Illegal activities, fraud, infringement of IP or privacy rights.
  • Interfering with site security or attempting unauthorised access.
  • Using the Services in a way that damages, disables, or overburdens our infrastructure.

9) Intellectual property

All content on the site (logos, marks, text, graphics, photography, video) is owned by or licensed to Rafyq Jewels and protected by IP laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

10) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those rights, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses not reasonably foreseeable.

11) Events outside our control

We aren’t responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier delays, epidemics, extreme weather). We’ll take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and resume service as soon as possible.

12) Changes to the Services

We may modify or discontinue parts of the site or Services (including policies and prices) with or without notice, where lawful. Changes won’t affect orders already accepted.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring claims in their local courts.
