30-Day Returns

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in unused, unworn condition with all tags, inserts and packaging.

  • Prepaid UK label: we’ll email you a Royal Mail return label for eligible returns.
  • Refunds: to the original payment method, typically within 3–7 business days after inspection.
  • Exchanges: we’ll ship the replacement as soon as your return is accepted.
Non-returnable / special cases
  • Earrings must be sealed/unused for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalised/engraved items, gift cards, and final-sale items are not returnable unless faulty.
  • Signs of wear, resizing, or damage void return eligibility.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@rafyq.com with your Order #, item(s), and reason.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send a prepaid UK label (where applicable).
  3. Pack items securely. Luxury Gift Boxes are not required back unless the whole order is returned.
  4. Drop off at the instructed location and keep the receipt/tracking.

Tax note: We’re not VAT-registered. Your order total and any refunds won’t include VAT.

Warranty (12 Months)

Your jewellery is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects (materials or workmanship) from the delivery date.

  • Covered: faulty clasps, settings, links, or stones loosening due to manufacturing issues.
  • Not covered: normal wear, scratches, loss/theft, cosmetic changes (tarnish from chemicals), improper care, accidental damage, third-party alteration/resizing.

For electronics or non-jewellery accessories (if sold), warranty terms may differ and will be stated on the product page.

Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: 1–2 business days after we receive your parcel.
  • Refund timing: typically 3–7 business days (bank/card dependent).
  • Partial refunds: if items are used/missing parts or show wear.
  • Shipping fees: original paid shipping isn’t refunded unless we made an error.

Taxes: Rafyq Jewels is not VAT-registered. We don’t charge VAT on orders, and refunds reflect the amount you actually paid (excluding any non-refundable shipping fees).

Damaged or incorrect items on arrival

Please report within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve quickly.
