Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
1. Eligibility for returns
You may request a return if:
- The item was purchased directly from RAFYQ Jewels.
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Gift packaging services once used.
- Items returned outside the allowed return period.
3. How to initiate a return
All returns must be initiated through your RAFYQ Jewels customer account. Please log in to your account, locate your order, and submit a return request.
Return requests sent outside the customer account system may not be accepted.
4. Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as RAFYQ Jewels cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please submit a return request through your customer account as soon as possible. We will provide further instructions once the request is reviewed.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (subject to this policy) and place a new order.
8. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
